LUCILLE LONDON.png

An opulent expression of late 19th-century goldsmithing, this antique chain is crafted in richly toned high-carat yellow and rose gold, weighing an impressive 37.06 grams. Reimagined from an original Albertina, the 15.25-inch length offers elegant layering potential or can be extended for versatility.

The design features ornate filigree scrolls, granulated beadwork, and spiked quatrefoils, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship likely of Portuguese origin (tested between 18–20ct). A removable twisted T-bar, adorned with rare ram's head terminals - classical emblems of strength and wisdom - offers styling flexibility. A 9mm gold bolt ring allows for easy removal or interchange of the T-bar, ideal for pairing with charms or pendants.

The 22.5mm swivelling dog clip is equally detailed, with alternating sections of yellow and rose gold, underscoring the refined artistry throughout. In outstanding antique condition, this chain offers wearable heritage with sculptural presence and collectable appeal.
