A wonderful conversion in excellent antique condition.  A beautiful 9-carat yellow gold disc charm, set with a stunning round brilliant cut diamond in the centre of a striking starburst design.  There is a tiny pin-head sized nick to the disc which is unnoticeable when worn and is commensurate with the age of this beautiful piece.

Stamped '9CT' on the back of the disc for 9-carat gold.
